One of the reasons I started this blog was to show people how easy it is to eat a more plant-based diet.
More plants. Less other stuff.
So, I’m going to post one photo every day of what our family is eating. Real food. No fancy-I-spent-30-minutes-staging-this-plate pictures. Sometimes it’ll be simple, but always authentic. Sorta like a day in the life of, but with just food.
