Spinach Berry Almond Salad with Poppyseed Dressing - Very Veganish

First of all, I am not liable for your addiction to this salad.  Seriously.

It’s that good.

Super simple, delicious and oh, so good for you.  Ok, straight to the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 3 handfuls of washed baby spinach
  • Handful of washed berries (any kind you like: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries..)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sliced or chopped nuts (almonds or pecans are good choices)
  • 1/3 cup of prepared poppyseed dressing (La Martinique Original Poppyseed dressing is delicious)

Method:

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy!

Serves 2-3 (unless you’re REALLY hungry).  🙂
