3-Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies

Don't throw out those spotty bananas! Make these quick and easy 3 ingredient banana oat breakfast cookies instead!

These vegan cookies are sugar-free, gluten-free and require no egg and no flour!

First, mash the bananas

Next, add ground cinnamon

Next, add rolled oats

Mix cookie batter together well

Let sit for about 5 minutes to allow the oats to plump up

Drop spoonfuls on baking tray and shape cookies

Top with dark chocolate chips, raisins, nuts or peanut butter!
