Healthy Hash Browns without oil

You can make homemade hash browns without oil on the stove or in the air fryer! This healthy potato recipe is delicious on its own for an easy weekday breakfast or as a weekend plant-based brunch side.

Let’s get started!

For stovetop, add hash browns to pre-heated skillet and season with salt and pepper.

Cook hash browns so they form a nice crust. Do not attempt to stir or flip them until crust forms.

For air fryer, add frozen shredded potatoes to your non-stick air fryer basket or tray.

Check your hash browns and see if they need more time or need to be flipped.

After cooked, you can serve with asparagus on the side, or with sautéed spinach and tomatoes.
