Eggy Tofu Scramble Seasoning with Black Salt

This tofu scramble is a tasty, filling and nutritious breakfast with tomatoes, onion and cilantro, served on whole grain toast.

Just measure out all the spices. It's as simple as that!

How to Make  Tofu Scramble Seasoning

Now I'm gonna show you how to make the actual scramble. It's quite easy, so it doesn't take long.

Let's a go!

Heat up a non-stick pan and drain the tofu.

With your hands, crumble the tofu into good sized bits over the hot pan.

Sprinkle tofu seasoning onto the tofu and stir it. Then let it cook for a few min, stirring again.

Taste it and adjust seasoning to your liking. Cook it until browned lightly.

Finish it off with some freshly chopped chives and cilantro and enjoy!
