In a pot, cut and boil some veggies until fork tender, and then drain them.

Add the boiled and drained veggies to a blender and put some seasonings in, then blend until smooth.

Taste the sauce and adjust as needed, and now we will work on the soy chorizo.

Heat up a non-stick pan and put the soy chorizo in there, breaking it up into smaller pieces
