Air Fryer Hash Browns (Using Frozen Shredded Potatoes)
Here's how to make crispy air fryer hash browns using frozen shredded potatoes at home. You'll see the difference between using a pod-style air fryer and a tray-style air fryer for this recipe (and which is best). Tips below for oil-free air fryer hash browns, too!
Spray air fryer basket lightly with oil (optional). Pour frozen shredded potatoes in air fryer basket in an even layer, sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Lightly spray top of hash browns with oil (optional). Insert basket and set to air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
15 ounces frozen shredded potatoes, sea salt
Check hash browns and if they are not as crispy as you like, cook another 3-5 minutes.
To prepare veggie side:
While the hash browns are cooking in the air fryer, preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn and spinach and use tongs to stir and toss gently to allow the spinach to wilt. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
