Ingredients

3 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika 24g
2 tablespoons onion powder 21g
1 tablespoon garlic powder 11g
1 tablespoon ground white pepper 6g
1 tablespoon dried oregano 2g
1 tablespoon dried thyme 3g
1 teaspoon sweet paprika 2g
½ teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a small bowl. Mix thoroughly but carefully with a fork (white pepper makes me sneeze like crazy if I accidentally inhale it!)
3 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon ground white pepper, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, ½ teaspoon ground cumin
Transfer mixture to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to a year.

Notes

For a salted cajun seasoning blend, add 1 tablespoon sea salt to this mix.

For a spicy cajun seasoning blend, add 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper to this mix.
