- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions

- Use mixed spice 1:1 for pumpkin pie spice in your recipe. Store spice blend in a small airtight container for up to one year.

Makes 1 tablespoon of spice blend, enough to make 2 pumpkin pies. If you need more, then multiply the servings toggle by 2x or more, and it will automatically calculate the change in ingredients.
