Rooibos (ROY-boss) tea is also called red bush tea and it is native to South Africa. Naturally caffeine-free, it's a hearty tea in the world of herbal tisanes.
Our favorite rooibos tea to buy in tea bags is the Whole Foods 365 Organic Orange Vanilla Creme Rooibos tea. You can find it at any Whole Foods Market or on Amazon.
This method of making iced rooibos tea can be used with any rooibos or red bush tea bags that you have.

Here's how to make rooibos iced tea step-by-step!

- Step 1: Bring filtered water to boil in a kettle (or in a pan on the stove).

- Step 2: Put 4 rooibos tea bags in a quart-sized mason jar (or other heatproof pitcher). Pour 2 cups of boiling water into the jar, filling halfway. Let steep for 10 minutes.

- Step 3: Remove tea bags and throw them away. Then, fill the jar with cool filtered water.

- Step 4: Pour over ice and serve!

- 2 cups boiling water use filtered water
- 2 cups cool water use filtered water
Instructions
