Quick and Easy Vegan, Plant-Based Recipes

Short on time, but want to prepare a healthy meal? Try one of these dishes! For lightening fast, make Quick and Easy Seasoned Black Beans, which is done in 5 minutes. For a full meal, make these Vegan Ceviche Tostadas. Making fast meals throughout the week is easier if you've batch cooked a few things ahead of time, like my Cashew Sour Cream or these Instant Pot Steamed Potatoes.
