Vegan, Plant-based Breakfast Recipes

When trying out or starting a vegan diet, one of the first questions is: "What am I going to eat for breakfast?" Well, I'm here to tell you that you have a ton of egg-free options. Tofu scramble, chickpea flour omelettes and frittatas, breakfast couscous and hash brown bowls are just a few.
