Vegan, Plant-based Comfort Food Recipes

Mac and cheese, spaghetti, enchiladas, tacos, nachos. At the end of a stressful day, some comfort food just hits the spot. Try these comforting and healthy recipes, that are vegan and plant-based, often oil-free, too. Don't know where to start? Might I suggest: Vegan Mac and Cheese (without cashews).
