Vegan, Plant-based Instant Pot Recipes

How did I even make beans before I got an Instant Pot? I don't want to remember. Here are my favorite Instant Pot recipes, which are all vegan, dairy-free, plant-based and most of them are oil-free, too. You can use any pressure cooker you like, just know that the instructions will be for the Instant Pot. Try this popular recipe: Indian Vegan Saag Paneer.
