Vegetable Side Dish Recipes

Most of the savory recipes (and even some of the sweet!) on this site have vegetables in them. But, this category showcases stand-alone vegetable side dishes you can serve alongside other main courses. These recipes are all vegan and plant-based and most of them are cooked without using any oil. Start with 5-minute lemon pepper asparagus!
