Vegan, Plant-Based Recipes for One Pot Meals

Don't you just love it when you can throw everything in one pot for dinner? Easier cleanup and the food is on the table in no time. You'll find rice and bean dishes, stews, curries, one pot pasta and more. Try one of my most popular recipes: Jamaican Peas and Rice. (pro tip: this can be made with kidney beans instead)
