Meals for One - One Serving Recipes

Single and tired of having leftovers you won't eat? Are you the only one in your family that eats plant-based? Or, are you tired of wasting ingredients on a big batch of a recipe you don't end up liking? We've designed these recipes to serve one person! One serving. So, you can try it and see if you like it.
