Plant-Based Potato Recipes

Can you eat potatoes without butter, sour cream and cheese? Absolutely 100% YES. And, they're delicious. Here are my best potato recipes, which are all vegan, dairy-free, plant-based and most of them are oil-free, too. Start with this essential method to pre-cook potatoes, so you have them on hand for meals all week: Instant Pot Steamed Potatoes.
