Vegan, Plant-based Corn Recipes

Corn is an incredibly versatile grain used throughout the Americas and around the world. Corn on the cob, corn tortilla, corn chips, tortilla chips, frozen sweet corn kernels, corn flour, cornbread muffins, corn starch, masarepa for Venezuelan arepas are all made from corn. This starch is delicious and quite vital for Texas, Southern, TexMex and Mexican recipes, to name a few.
