Salt-Free Vegan, Plant-Based Recipes

Reducing sodium intake can be challenging, but these salt-free recipes can help! In these plant-based recipes, salt is either omitted or listed as optional. Since my husband has kidney disease caused by intense chemotherapy, I'm always on the lookout for opportunities to reduce salt without sacrificing flavor.
